I would not be surprised if they don’t just punt that game. LSU has won the division. They can’t win the SEC overall; Florida is 21-9 and won the series in March. Moo U can’t catch us for second, and is locked into the fifth seed in Hoover regardless unless Auburn comes back to beat Old Mrs. (if so, and LSU won tonight, Auburn has the tiebreaker). If I were those two coaches I’d say screw it and save some pitching for Hoover.
