I wonder if that had been announced before the draft how many high schoolers would be coming to college?
I think it was one of those unannounced but known kind of things, at the very least there was strong speculation
When they announced that the draft would be only five rounds, it was almost a cinch that minor league baseball was not resuming. They would have drafted more players if they were filling rookie league teams.
