Detroit Tigers RHP Michael Fulmer was named AL rookie of the year. He signed with Arkansas in high school, but went pro after he was drafted in the first round by the Mets in 2011. He was a high school teammate of Brian Anderson and has worked out at Baum during the off-season in past years.
