In 2012 we lost series to SC, AU, Ole Miss, lost two in a row at SEC tourney (which is a waste of time in my opinion), then caught fire in the NCAA’s and lost to SC at Omaha. Difference, we had salty pitching then, now not so deep.
If it weren’t for Perry Costello, that 2012 team would have likely been in the final series at the CWS.
