With Nick Starkel having two years to play, does this change the number of QBs wanted by Arkansas in 2020 recruiting class?

A couple of comments.

I feel Arkansas will be able to sign their full allotment of 25 in the 2020 recruiting class. I also feel by late July, when CCM has his cookout, Arkansas will have 20-22 commitments.
