Swine the termination for cause isn’t a breach of contract Especially with the scandals.

I agree completely, but they’re trying to get Pitino paid his buyout.

The buy out isn’t owed to him. That’s my opinion. He’s owed his regular pay up to the date he was suspended without pay.
Pittino has bigger things to worry about. He better be lawyered up for the FBI. I hope he does some time. Louisville should have fired him for the scandal with the hockers
