All sales are through the arena, and thus through Ticketmaster. Ticketmaster site shows plenty of tickets in the upper deck but nothing left downstairs.
According to the Verizon Arena ticket office, there are several-hundred tickets remaining in the upper level. The lower level is sold out.
They always have had some, but obviously it would be have to be unofficial ones from that area.
