Lee hasn't pitched in a while

hope he can throw strikes if he does I think he has the stuff to do very well.just can be wild sometimes.

I just hope that Lee can throw consistent strikes and compete. Lee’s lines this year:

Bucknell: 1 IP, 1 R, 1 ER, 1 H, 2 BB
San Diego: 1 1/3 IP, 2 R, 2 ER, 2 H, 1 BB, 2 K
Kent State: 4 1/3 IP, 0 R, 0 ER, 2 H, 0 BB, 1 K
Kentucky: 2 IP, 3 R, 2 ER, 5 H, 0 BB, 4 K

Hopefully we get the Kent State Lee.

He’s certainly capable! Hope we does well. BUT, if he doesn’t, are we back to the lower tier pitch by committee?
We can withstand a few runs from Ole Miss, but our offense is gonna have to make up for any pitching issues we may have.

The Kentucky numbers are skewed

He came in when we had that huge lead, and they had two guys steal second due to “defensive indifference” and they both scored

I know, he put them on, and no guarantee they would not have scored anyway, but that situation does skew it a bit

[/quote]IIRC, the same thing happened the next time that he pitched. If not him, then it was another reliever. Bubba was critical of the hit to the relievers ERA.
