A great deal of discussion has recently occurred regarding the “National Anthem Kneel”. America has clearly come a very long way since the 1950’s/60’s but there is still much to discuss and work through.
I appreciate the admins allowing the discussion to continue and also the posters keeping the discussion reasonably civil so that it may continue.
As with many issues, there is not one right answer. We all need to talk, disagree, and work though these issues together. We all lose when these discussions are disallowed.
Like a big family, we are all in this together. We are all Americans, which is why the anthem means so much to those offended by the protest and why choosing the anthem for the protest was so impactful.
