I’m good with either one. I think both will unite the fan base and bring enthusiasm to the program. Both bring a national name, although I think Kiffin would get more air-time. Both can recruit. Both can hire good to great staff’s.
I say let’s get on with it and make offers now. Figure out which one will really come, and get a deal done behind the scenes.
I’d go with Kiffin first. Make him the offer, allowing him to finish out the season with his team. I’d let him dictate the communication with his school and kids. If we can’t come to agreement, I’d move right to Norvell and do the same thing. I’m hoping this is what’s going on right now with the agents and HY.
I say no way to Leach if these fail.
