Keep an eye on

2019 WR Jalen Wilson of Hamburg.

This is his first year to play football since junior high so he’s truly off the radar, but schools are starting to take notice.

Jalen played basketball the past two years. He’s 6-2 to 6-3 and about 200.

Arkansas has inquired along with several others. His hudl is private, but college coaches are able to view. I was able to watch and he’s easily DI.

He had 9 catches for 156 yards and 3 TDs vs West Helena. He had 5 TDs vs DeWitt and for the year he has 30 catches for 623 yards and 12 TDs.

For the season, that is a cool 20.7 yards per catch.

I traded some texts with West Helena Coach Russell Smith and he agreed Wilson was DI.

Will have a story on an in-state 2020 kid tomorrow that should be getting more and more interest in the near future.

I LOVE the the kid. I think you will too.

Looking forward to your article…

One word that comes to mind is violent.

Coach Russell was my coach in high school it’s good to see the cougars doing good thus far

He’s seen his share of DI kids.

Very true…thanks for being proactive in reporting Richard
