The Iowa article mentions a few guys that have come back from TJ surgery and been as successful as they were before. The guy from UT even gaining velocity afterwards.
Any idea how common it is for pitchers these days to come back as good as they were before after going through this? Does having TJ surgery in college effect their projected value to MLB teams?
