Jordan Walsh in Houston - Saturday Evening

There’s a huge one day event in Houston on Saturday bringing in best players and teams from around the nation. Link Academy and Jordan Walsh are the closing game on Saturday night.

I am arranging with the promoter for Hog fans to have a private time to say “thank you” to Jordan and possibly get an autograph and picture. I’ll update as details are finalized.
Look at the schedule…who else should we see?

He’s really good. Working and living in California. He’s now a director in the HR space with Wal Mart, hiring technology professionals from all over the world. He was at Adobe Software most recently and when his former boss took the Senior Position with Wal Mart, she reached out to him and brought him with her. He has a beautiful, talented, opinionated daughter and his wife is making national news as a Senior Director (maybe VP) with The Gap Brands. Our biggest wish for him was always that he’d get a degree and be able to take care of his wife and family…well, he’s really doing it and he’s the same guy…whenever we talk, he’s the same guy. Thank you so much for asking…us #870 guys have to stay together!

Oh my goodness! Thank you sooo much for posting this. We were there on Senior Night against Mississippi State when he made 4-5 threes in a row and hurt his ankle that kept him limited in the SEC Tournament and NCAA Tournament game against Bucknell. It was classic BWA. It was so loud that I tried to put my hand in front of my face and hear myself yell…I couldn’t. Arkansas has been so, so good to Jonathan and we are so, so grateful.

I call him Dr. Pookie, but with much respect. Thanks for the update, Lynn. Pookie is one of my all-time favorites.
