Jordan Walsh - 23 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists as

Link Academy (33-1) downs Oak Hill Academy 81-67 in the opening game of the Geico National Tournament.

He was 9 of 10 from the field, 1 of 1 from 3 and 4 of 6 from the FT line and was named the Chevrolet player of the game.

Arkansas junior recruiting target Omaha Biliew added 8 points and 4 rebounds for Link before fouling out.

Oak Hill (31-9) had won its last 19 games.

Link advances to a Friday 3:30 semifinal and will play the winner of this afternoon’s Sunrise Christian-Prolific Prep game at 5 p.m.

Is Sunrise the team that beat Link?

Unless, they’ve changed it, their web site says that semi-final game is tomorrow, Friday, 4/1 at 3:30 CT on ESPN2. And, the Championship game is Saturday at 11:00AM CT on ESPN.

Yes - Friday at 3:30

Is it Layden Blocker that plays at Sunrise?

I believe that is correct.

Sweet. I will keep an eye out for that game. I much prefer seeing the recruits play in an actual game than an all star environment. You can get a much better feel how they will apply their talents at the next level in a team environment.
