James Jointer finishes with 31 carries for 270 yards and 5 TDs as Little Rock Parkview wins

48-28 over Greenwood Thursday night in Class 6A action at War Memorial Stadium.

Parkview now 4-0 and Greenwood 2-2

I was very impressed with the power and speed that James showed last night.

He appears to be fully healthy and back to where he was before injuries.

That’s great news for Parkview and Arkansas.

Greenwood’s starting QB was out and it had to go with its sophomore backup.

That’s not to be confused with 8th grader Kane Archer, who has offers from Arkansas, Michigan and Missouri.

Archer will be playing when these two programs’ ninth grade teams meet Oct. 15 at a neutral site in Morrilton.
