What a weekend it’s shaping up to be at the UA. The SEC women’s softball tournament, men’s baseball hosting USC and graduation!
The weather forecast looks challenging with 50% chance of thunderstorms. Might have some action slide into Monday.
Will be in town for my daughter’s UA graduation and was looking for six baseball tickets (not all together…that’s too much to ask for) for Friday’s baseball game. Was shocked by the prices for anything close to the infield.
Most importantly, my family and I will definitely be happy to be home and enjoy the electricity and excitement on the Hill this weekend. GHG!

I didn’t realize the bases loaded area tickets went on sale on Monday. So just by coincidence I was looking for tickets yesterday morning for the Sunday game. I saw 4 were available, but in the time it took me to call my folks to double-check if they wanted to go, the tickets sold out. Now about the only thing reasonable is to sit out in the hogpen, not sure my mom and step-dad are up for that.
Guy…drop by CJ’s Butcher Boy hamburgers on Wedington. Just before the Catfish Hole. Great burgers and shakes. Keith Wilson is the owner and a family member. Excellent food and typically a Hog or two will be there.
