I spoke to Connor Noland this morning, watched him pitch this afternoon

Here is a lengthy writeup that focuses mainly on Noland and his thoughts on playing two sports, the change in the QB room and his first college scrimmage this afternoon: http://www.wholehogsports.com/news/2019 … star-hour/

I only caught about half the scrimmage today because I was most interested in watching Noland. I did not see Isaiah Campbell pitch, but was told he looked dominant with six strikeouts in three innings. He allowed one hit, a double to Jacob Nesbit.

Kevin Kopps struggled some with his command. He walked three batters in the first inning.

Thanks Matt… can’t wait till the season starts.

Knopps has electric stuff. I sure hope he finds his command.
