Win or lose today, the fact that the Hogs have made it this far, one win away from another trip to Omaha, with one great pitcher and couple good freshman pitchers, and having lost all those players to grad. or draft, impresses me too no end.
How DVH didn’t get SEC coach of the year is beyond me.

Some very disappointing posts on this board today by “so called” Arkansas fans. This team won 20 conference games, two more than last year’s National runner up team, got a 5 seed, and won last weeks regional. With today’s loss we are 45-18. Guess what? It ain’t over. 
Today was an all around bad day. But, the boys can come out tomorrow and finish it off. I think the Hogs will do it.

The crowd will be crazy, I like where we are and who we have on the mound… Ole Miss has the same kind of trouble with lefties that we do.
Coach Van Horn has managed a couple of teams from Arkansas to Omaha who really probably shouldn’t have made it. He is one great coach or should we say manager?
I don’t want Ole Miss to send us packing…they are the team I dislike with a passion. They seem to have our number, however. Coach Van Horn did a superb job in leading this squad to a tie for a Western Division title in this great baseball conference, especially given last year’s heartbreaking finish. He is some coach.
