That interview with Shootah was during The Masters. Muss was just done recruiting…that day.

Muss likes to put smokescreens around his recruiting. Make people think we’re after people we aren’t, and make people think we’ve stopped recruiting when we haven’t.

The only problem I have with that is it is denigrating to squid and especially to calamari, which I love. Nothing much better than properly prepared calamari at a great Italian restaurant. :laughing:

Not saying Arkansas won’t add another portal transfer, but one thing you won’t see with Muss is not being prepared in case someone else leaves.

Man I feel for the mid-majors these days. They go out and find and develop diamonds in the rough, only to see the big boys swoop in and take them away with no compensation.

Unathletic and slow. Hard pass. Nothing at all like Stanley Umude. This kid will get smothered defensively in the SEC by much quicker, more athletic wings. I’m genuinely surprised Cal is interested in him. This looks like another Muss smokescreen. If staff is looking at bringing in another guard/wing type; that player will be much more athletic than this guy.
