Home Run Hand Signal

What is the hand signal players do while running around the bases after they hit a home run?

In American Sign Language it means “I Love You.”

They flash it towards the Hog Pen when they round second base, so I suppose that could be the player’s way of showing love to the folks out there.

I think that might have started with Michael Turner last year.

That’s a relief, it looks very similar to the (spit) hook em’ horns disgrace.

I thought the same thing!!
