Arkansas will go see junior college defensive lineman Javier Edwards, a Florida commitment, on Oct. 27.

Edwards, 6-3, 350 pounds of Blinn College in Brenham, Texas, was recruited by Rhoads, then the Iowa State coach, out of Houston Aldine Davis High School and planned to sign with the Cyclones in 2015 if he could qualify academically.

As reported in July, he plans to make an official visit to to Arkansas.

They offered this year. Rhoads and Iowa State were on him in high school.
