It’s not letting me read the article. Says I need a subscription (which I clearly have since I’m posting here).

I can read every other locked/premium article so I thought it was an issue to how it was linked online.
All I can read is this: “Arkansas looks to be in good shape to receive an official visit from a Texas forward after recently extending a scholarship offer to the highly regarded prospect.” Then is says I need a subscription. Anyone else have this issue?
On my home pc I just logged in just as I do for the HI board; then it allowed me to read the full article.
I talked to the tech support guy and he said there is some kind of glitch in the system. They have received a few calls on it so it appears that isn’t just my account.
Can any kind soul cut and paste the article for a BB junkie?
EDIT - that is good customer service. They fixed it in less than 5 minutes!
