Arkansas finished with 29 assists tonight, the most in a game since 2005. Jalen Harris also recorded his first career double-double with 11 points and 11 assists, which netted Arkansas 28 points. Two other guys had 5 assists, too. I really like how unselfish this team is:
It’s early, but so far I really like the team chemistry. There will surely be some bumps in the loaded SEC. I don’t think the league will be chasing Kentucky this year.
Good to see Jordan Phillips got some action. I can already tell what his game is. Dribble, separation and midrange jump shot. If he can get that going and he will, that will be a key weapon in half court offense.
6’7” with ball handling skills. I would suspect he can cause match up problems & get some post up plays &/or just shooting over smaller guards.
