The way that he grabbed his ankle when he hurt it, really made me wonder if it was an achilles injury. Thank heavens I was wrong.
That’s what we all thought. I was sitting in the stands with my wife when he went down. I probably heard 10 different people whisper “Achilles” while he was on the ground.
It was nice to see him back on the field.
I couldn’t tell how well he ran to first base. Could anyone notice how he looked running?
I also wonder if Biggers might take a swing tonight or tomorrow. Kenley has sure played well with Biggers out.
I thought he looked fine running to first. He also looked pretty quick getting to a ball that got behind him.
