Coach Mike Anderson officially extends an offer to guard Jordan Phillips when he, Melvin Watkins and Scotty Thurman make an in-home visit tonight. They’re expected to arrive around 7:30.
If he doesn’t offer tonight it will be this weekend during his visit.
