DL Isaiah Nichols' best football is in front of him

A model for off-the-field character and one of consistency on the football field, Isaiah Nichols is in line to potentially earn the first start of his career against Georgia.

I think Nichols could be this year’s Armon Watts — older without a ton of playing time, but who benefits from new voices and becomes a solid contributor.

It seems like sometimes it takes a little longer for defensive tackles to grow into their potential, but once they do they can be really good because of the work ethic they’ve developed to get to that point. Nichols has definitely made a positive impression on the coaches.
