Correct. You lose it. Just like a signee that doesn’t make the grades.
Even if Wallace were to get out of it through a plea bargain or something, I don’t think we’d be able to take him. Charges would have to be dropped completely, something on the order of “we got the wrong guy” or the girl recanting her story.
