No need to hint about it. It is apparent we don’t have a squad of SEC talent. What is concerning is that this may be our least talented team in the Bielema era. After 5 years…that is a problem.

We were a whisker from 9 wins last year yet we have no talent?

Plain and simple this team has been overrated. There will be no post season, no bowl. You have a 5th year senior qb and an All-American center. Then what? Inexperienced receivers. True freshman guard and one from Denmark. No true first team running back.
Same ol’ same ol’ on defense, regardless of the scheme. Not so special special teams. Is it coaching, recruiting, strength and conditioning, or combination of all of these? Bottom line, a long year with no reward at the end.

It’s obvious they don’t have enough at some key positions.

Several key ones - especially on offense - are gone and some of their replacements are clearly not ready for prime time yet.

Help me out, I’m puzzled.

I read not but the other week that Bielema was the best recruiter we have had in 50 years, statistically.

I think we have players with talent, some are young.

Put all signs point to coaching, the lack of development is pretty bad.

When you continually rank 9 th or 10th in recruiting rankings year after year I think you’ll eventually 9th or 10th in the league. Wish we would sign a top notch kicker.
