I hate that. I was still hoping (foolishly I am sure) that he would end up staying.
Was it a numbers crunch or his decision?
I’m sure that it was numbers (aka playing time) and thus his decision. When you look at the returning and incoming players, it makes sense for him to find somewhere to get time on the field.
One player I won’t have trouble continuing to root for, wish the kid well.
