Crazy but this year we had the most......

Double digit losses since 2004. 14 years ago in Stan Heath’s second year. Was hard to check that many scores but Swine or someone can check me. 10 double digit losses.

That’s troubling no doubt, and I think comes in large part from poor defense. They would play good ball, and occasionally very good ball, for several games, and then throw in a clunker like Butler, and I think primarily it was because the defense was not good enough to keep us in games when the shots did not fall at a good clip. While you have to acknowledge that Macon and Barford were excellent players and deadly scorers, and that Gafford will be in the NBA eventually, I am looking forward to seeing if the new guys play more cohesive and overall better defense. In particular, we have got to have much better defensive play from our guards.
