Commitment No. 11 could be

Defensive lineman John Mincey, 6-4, 265, 4.7 seconds in the 40-yard dash, of Homerville (Ga.) Clinch County. As reported on Saturday, he’ll visit the Hogs on Tuesday. He just told me if he had a really good visit there’s a real good chance he could commit.

Mincey said defensive line coach John Scott Jr. is in steady contact with him and is a big reason for his interest.

He has close to 20 scholarship offers from schools such as Florida, Georgia, Auburn, Mississippi State, Kentucky, Washington State and Oregon State.

Would be a great addition…

I like that 4.7!!

Amazing speed for that size.
If he has the want to and likes to play
defense, he could be a great Razorback.

Probably end up being a TE

This would be a huge pickup. I hope it happens.

Wonder if he’s related to this guy, who also played his HS ball in Georgia?

John and Clinch County linebackers coach Rance Morgan and Tanner Stahl, a Russellville native, left this morning at 6 am for the trip.

They plan to stop in Russellville tonight and be at the UA at 8 am Tuesday.

Stahl coached Mincey in the 7th and 8th grade.

This is excellent

I love the Arkansas connections but the main thing is the kid is a serious talent for 3-4 D.

He is not. I asked that yesterday. Sorry, meant to reply earlier.
