I spoke to Dave Van Horn about Turney last week. He told me that Cole will not travel with the team during the postseason and will play in the Northwoods League, where the summer season starts a little earlier. He still cannot play a position, Van Horn said, because of the shoulder surgery. The hope is to get him plenty of bats and some work in the field this summer.
Fletcher will be back next season. He is not eligible for the draft. The only true sophomore who I know of that is eligible is Evan Lee.
