Pitino has known he was toast at Minny for a while, even said so on his radio show. I’m sure his agent was working on this for a couple of weeks. Numex is actually a heckuva job, great facilities, great support, but it’s been screwed up lately.
Won’t have to play that Big Ten schedule either.
Petino in The Pit would seem a good fit.
