Had his scholarship offer pulled by Coach Prime. He and a bunch of other kids that had committed to Colorado are out on the street looking for another home. It’s a tough road out there for some of these HS kids.

very true and the Portal is not a pretty sight for about 40% who enter it and are left with nothing.

And the offer being pulled was communicated to CJ by someone on the staff not one of the coaches. And Jackson State did recruit him. I’ll bet he ends up in Jonesboro.

Some of the portal guys are walk-ons. Would be interesting to see the statistics on scholarship transfers only (unless the 40% accounts for that).
just heard that 40% didn’t anything so if you transfer you better have options lined up for you.
