On this morning’s SEC coaches teleconference, Chad Morris said quarterback Nick Starkel has gained all of the strength back in his injured left arm. Morris added he doesn’t see any reason why he would not be ready to play at Kentucky.
McTelvin Agim, who was held out of Tuesday’s good-on-good work, is dealing with a knee injury and was in a yellow jersey. Morris expects him to be back at practice possibly today for a little bit or Thursday. He will definitely be back next week. Center Ty Clary was also in yellow and is in concussion protocol. Receivers Mike Woods (hip) and Trey Knox were also in yellow, and Morris said he anticipates both of them to be fine and ready to go.
Chase Hayden is still in concussion protocol. He continues to experience headaches, and the staff will re-evaluate him once he is symptom free. Morris said he is excited to have De’Vion Warren and freshman defensive end Zach Williams back on the field, too.
