Anybody else having this trouble?
I had that problem a few days ago. The HI/WHS techs told me to log out and then log back in. I hadn’t logged out since the merger in June. It has worked for me after doing that. Just log out (a drop down under your screen name at the top right of the page). Then log in and see if that works.
We show your account should have full access. If you are still unable to open the articles after logging out and back in please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Note: JWright had the same problem, but solved it himself by logging out and back in (he had not seen this thread.)
