I like the move by DVH to start Morris. We’ll see if the stage is too big for him, but IMO it is huge that his only other start was a succe3ssful one in the Third and decisive game vs. Oklahoma State.
The good thing about playing in Baum is that these kids are used to big crowds. Not Omaha big of course, but big, nonetheless. They also played on a pretty big stage in Stillwater & Chapel Hill. Nerves have got to be a problem, but OM pitchers will be the same way. I think Morris can handle it. We’ll see.
