Will he contribute this year? So far has been slowed by injuries, also was carrying to much weight and was behind in the playbook, now involved in a fight.
Was he overrated or is this a typical JUCO learning process?
Well first of all, he is not going to play with a pulled hamstring. That could hamper him all season. I think we should look at this as Brandon’s adjustment year. He has 3 to play 3, so anything we get out of him this year will be a bonus. He has potential to be great. Whether or not that potential is realized, we will just have to wait and see.
Injuries have kept him from practicing. When he has practiced (spring and some in August), he’s looked like the real deal. I think he’ll play at some point this season and help this team.
