Is really bad this yr, costing us a lot of runs and chances.
Anybody know whether Thompson tried to hold up Lee at third?
I didn’t see, but it looked like Lee never looked to see. He was rounding 3rd & started home as soon as the ball got past the 1st baseman.
It looked to me like Thompson tried to stop him, but not until after he had already taken too big of a turn.
Thompson did give him a stop sign but Lee did not look.
