Rowland is from Tulsa, so I’m sure it’s going to be a little extra special to play Oklahoma State. The plan for the early part of the season is to play both catchers.
Van Horn told me before the season that he is going to make Jones play him. The home run last night was a nice start. We’ll see how it goes today.

This guy has all kind of movement on his ball,going to have to really keep your eye on it.

Got to be able to make the routine play Bolton… great breaking ball for the big strikeout… had to throw a few more picthes than he probably wanted to… I guess probably around 20 or 21
The discussion on the radio was that Bolton did the right thing by ensuring that he got the runner out at 2B. As it turned out, it didn’t hurt anything to miss the DP.
