This was interesting to me. The Razorbacks were No. 25 last week and beat Mississippi State 5-2 and North Texas 1-0, but fell from the poll. Arkansas is 7-1 overall and 1-0 in the SEC.
The Razorbacks have a chance to get back in the poll Friday with a match against No. 5 Florida in Fayetteville.
Who knows with polls? Especially soccer. I saw similar stuff happen when our daughter played and her team was ranked in the Top 10. This was about 14-15 years ago. Some coaches had agendas in those days. Particularly the Cal coach.
I’m guessing it’s much the same now.
