Arkansas guards' 3-point shooting zones

Last week I gave Arkansas’ forwards’ numbers on jumpers. I just broke down the guards’ numbers from 3 by area of the floor since the beginning of conference play, including the Texas Tech game. Hopefully this gives you a better idea where a guy shoots well/poorly from:

Mason Jones
16-of-44 on left side of the floor, 2-of-10 between elbows, 11-of-35 on right side of the floor
Note: Jones was 1-of-8 from the left corner in 2019 before hitting 2-of-3 tries from there against Mississippi State. He loves the 3 from the left wing above the foul line, too. He’s made 10-of-22 tries from there.

Isaiah Joe
17-of-54 on left side of the floor, 5-of-13 between elbows, 18-of-33 on right side of the floor (deadly from here)
Note: Joe is 8-of-10 from the right corner.

Jalen Harris
4-of-21 on left side of the floor, 0-of-3 between elbows, 1-of-5 on right side of the floor
Note: Another example of Harris favoring his left hand/the left side of the court. His lone 3-point make on the right side of the floor was the running 3 at the end of the 1H at Texas Tech.

Keyshawn Embery-Simpson
3-of-13 on left side of the floor, 1-of-2 between elbows, 6-of-24 on right side of the floor
Note: 14 of KES’s 3s on the right side have come from the right wing above the free throw line. He’s 4-of-14 from there.

Desi Sills
3-of-9 on left side of the floor, 1-of-2 between elbows, 0-of-4 on right side of the floor
Note: His three made 3s on the left side of the floor came in the first half at Texas A&M. He’s 1-of-10 from 3 the last 12 games.

Desi needs to find his spot and just shoot it! I’d rather see him putting em up as Gabe, Adrio or Jalen.

Desi hasn’t taken a single 3 in the last five games. He hits 3 at A&M then essentially disappears as a perimeter threat. It’s mysterious.
