Black won 5-3.

Freshman second baseman Ethan Bates 3-of-4 with a homer, three runs scored and an RBI.

Fellow freshman Jackson Cobb 2-for-2 as the designated hitter.

Going to be a very interesting,hopefully exciting year, so many names that we really don’t know much about. I think there is a lot of potential but in this league here it’s got to be about performance as we all know.
