Actually, it is sad

to see Arkansas fans, myself included, even giving it a second thought if we can beat teams like Colo State or North Texas.

I am not throwing stones, just thinking out loud.

I haven’t given it a second thought, still am not worried about this weekend, if we fail to win easily it will be one more coaching failure to add to last week. The whole every QB in the state gets 1st team reps and then we are going to switch these inexperienced QBs out during the game so they can constantly look over their shoulder is a coaching failure imo. There is a reason most every coach in the world gives very few reps to the backup. Should have picked a guy a month ago and said this is what we are going to do.

My biggest concern this weekend:

North Texas has a great QB

Arkansas has two average ( I’m being generous) QBs and the old saying is if you have two QBs then you don’t have a QB.

When two teams are fairly closely matched I think you take the team with a winner at the most important position on the field.

Well, I’ve always believed that you take the team with the great defense. Unfortunately that team is not playing in Fayetteville on Saturday. I think that the game will be more determined by how close to that our defense can play. I am of course presuming that our offense will be better than their defense (?).

Well, for those football fans who like a lot of scoring (i.e., GasHog, et. al), Saturday’s final may resemble some old Lakers-Celtics scores (if our offense can keep up).
