Active Subscription Error

@MattJones I keep getting an error on my PC that I don’t have an active subscription. When it hits, I am done and can’t use the forums or read articles. I can still read the forums on my phone when that happens, but I can’t read articles on my phone because of the 502 error

Is there anything that can be done about this?

Maybe that phone # will help Gentry? At the moment I can’t find it. It’s in my phone shomewhere, and here I’m sure…

Its been happening for 3 or 4 days. I don’t want to call if it is a known issue. I should have some time to call today though

Because I’m not sure if your subscription is through ADG or HI, I think the best thing for you might be to email That goes to the customer service desk for both and they are usually pretty quick about getting back to you.

The 1-800-757-6277 number is for HI subscribers.

I totally understand and I appreciate it. I didn’t see his message for a while this morning because I was getting my kids to daycare. I just didn’t want him to waste a call on the 800 number if his subscription was through another method.

There must have been a glitch in the system, as I too got an error for a couple of days. It has cleared up now.

Same thing happened to me. It was eventually fixed. My problem was it was going off an old email address I used while a military contractor. It was discontinued once I completely retired. I changed prior but strange things happened. I actually went into my profile and figured out how to make the email I had been using for over a year as my primary. The other one is still out there I guess. :joy:

@MattJones That email worked. they got me figured out and helped me fix my phone problem as well.
