The ACC is eliminating divisions and will move to a 3-5-5 format beginning in 2023. This is similar to what has been proposed at the SEC level, with notable exception: the ACC will remain at eight conference games per year.
We could stay at 8 too and still dump divisions: the 1-7-7 model. I hope that’s not what we get, but they don’t ask me what I want.
