Someone should calculate what percentage of each star rating gets drafted. That would be an interesting stat.
58 3* or lower out of how many thousands? Those are the true diamonds in the rough, but the percentage is very low. Knowing them before they developed, grew, or over-achieved is not easy. They are coming from teams filled with players who started out like them but didn’t take the big step to the NFL level. Getting 5*'s is still the surest way to success.
