Seems most of us on the board (of course, we are the experts and know far more than anyone else) have thought we fit in that 15 - 20 area. Well, here we are. One of the 16. Anything else is gravy!

I feel that way, too.
We’ve seen the team improve. We’ve seen the parts grow as a team. And, we’ve seen that the HC can coach, build and develop. Very good news.
