Gay, I agree Coach Anderson is definitely not the coach or recruiter that Sutton or Nolan was, but the landscape of college basketball has changed so much with the one and done players I don’t believe we can get a true gage on his overall success by only comparing him to what they accomplished during a different era.
Having said that, he does know what type of players he needs to have success with his style of basketball and he does need to do a better job on a yearly basis of signing the size, speed, defenders and shooters to win consistently.
Hopefully, we will get to the tournament again this season and build upon that.

Now, with respect to next years class being ranked #2 in the SEC as Lovemyhogsforever has suggested, that’s just not the case. Currently we sit at #6 behind #1LSU, #2Kentucky, #3Vanderbilt, #4Florida and #5Mississippi State.

Go Hogs!

#6 is about a good as we can realistically hope for in the SEC. I recall Nolan suggested that it's difficult to recruit to Fayetteville and, different time or not, likely that hasn't changed much.
