Re: Arkansas was much improved

Except for special teams and penalties, Arkansas outplayed Auburn. However, if Arkansas is going to win any games they must correct special teams errors and greatly reduce the obscene number of penalties. I agree 100%, best football this team has played this season as far as I’m concerned. We have ...

I would sure hope to see Noland, Jones and/or Hyatt get some quality PT.
You got you wish and we see how they did:
Interceptions, and mostly QB sacks and 3 and out. In time, they may be outstanding QBs; but, at this time, they are not ready.

Re: Glad y'all weren't around to fire Frank

That was a trying time for Broyles. I recall reading that he lost 30 lbs and asked his father to save him a job selling insurance. And, it's true that if these people were around and had their way, Broyles would have been fired.

Re: Arkansas quarterbachs

Gay, I don’t know what game you were watching, but at that point in the game the Rams clearly had momentum on their side and we had average 6.5 yards per rush all game. Meanwhile, the Rams had found its rhythm in its passing game and we had no answers for the Williams kid in coverage. If we had jus...

Re: We have a long way to go

I agree about week 1 victory against Eastern Illinois, without the lack of ball security by them that game would’ve been a much closer game. They did move the ball against our defense and we aren’t very good, but I think most true observers realize that. We don’t have SEC caliber talent throughout ...

Re: Arkansas quarterbachs

I agree Coach made a mistake by not going for it on 4th and 1 and that’s on him not the players. Punting was the proper call. All coaches would punt at the 50 yard line if they knew the other team would get the ball on the 4 yard line. The problem was the defense didn't hold them. That is no one's ...

We have a long way to go

Before we are a good football team. We should have realized that Arkansas is not a good football team after the first game because without all the fumbles, last week could have ended just like this week.

Re: Playing instate schools.

I am against UA playing instate schools. I lived in Oklahoma for 6 years. There were so many antiOU fans. OU was seen as bigger brother picking on little brother. It costs them recruits, fans and money. Of course, they have overcome it. But Switzer, then coach, once complained, "We never should hav...
